TATTOO & COSEMTIC / PARAMEDICAL TATTOO APPOINTMENT POLICY:

Your time is important to us and we appreciate that you equally respect our time. 
The following is our Appointment Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy.

FOR TATTOO & COSMETIC / PARAMEDICAL TATTOO CLIENTS WHO PAID A BOOKING FEE:​

  • Booking Fees will be put towards the total price of your tattoo.

  • Booking Fees are Non Refundable.

  • 24 hours notice is required to Cancel (within reason) or the Booking Fee will go to the Artist for their time and a second Booking Fee will be required to schedule 

  • 12 hours notice is required to reschedule (within reason) or the Booking Fee will go to the Artist for their time and a second Booking Fee will be required to reschedule. 

  • Booking Fees are only TRANSFERABLE to your new appointment if: 

  1. At least 12 hours notice has been given 

  2. The act of rescheduling is done within 2 weeks of your request to reschedule.

    •  Rescheduled appointments may be scheduled up to 2 months after the original appointment date.

  •  Clients who are 15 minutes late and non responsive are to be considered a NO SHOW.

  • In the event of a NO-SHOW the Booking Fee Fee will go to the Artist for their time and you may be refused any future services with Magic Moon Tattoo or The Piercing Smiths.​

FOR TATTOO & COSMETIC / PARAMEDICAL TATTOO CLIENTS WHO DID NOT PAY A BOOKING FEE:

  • 24 hours notice is required to Cancel (within reason) or a Booking Fee will be required to schedule any future appointments.

  • 12 hours notice is required to reschedule (within reason) or a Booking Fee will be required to reschedule.

  • Clients who are 15 minutes late and non responsive are to be considered a NO SHOW.

  • In the event of a NO-SHOW a Booking Fee will be required to schedule future services with Magic Moon Tattoo or The Piercing Smiths.

  • Booking Fees will be put towards the total price of your tattoo.

  • All Booking Fees are NON REFUNDABLE.

FOR PIERCING & JEWELRY CLIENTS:

  • Clients who are 15 minutes late and non responsive are to be considered a NO SHOW

  • In the event of a NO-SHOW a Booking Fee will be required to schedule future appointments for any services with Magic Moon Tattoo or The Piercing Smiths.

  • The BOOKING FEE will be put towards the total price of your procedure.

  • BOOKING FEES are NON REFUNDABLE.

COVID-19 RULES FOR VISITING CLIENTS

MASKS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

NO EARLY BIRDING! Appointments are scheduled in a manor to limit and control the flow of clientele and thus minimize risk of exposure for everyone.

You may have to wait in our waiting room (or in your car if we are busy) if you arrive early.


KEEP IT LIGHT! Due to limited space in each booth please limit the amount and size of personal items you bring.


STAY STRONG! Have a meal or snack before your appointment to keep your stamina and comfort level up however There Is No Food Or Drink Allowed On The Premises.


WEAR YOUR MASK! It is a choice but our Artists are required to wear them and we do Recommend that you do too!


KEEP IT CLEAN! Don't Touch Your Face, Piercings or Tattoos! 

Sneeze or Cough Into Your Elbow!
Sanitize Your Hands After Everything!


HAVE A GREAT TIME! We Are So Happy To See You! We Aim To Make Your Visit With Us Safe And Comfortable.


BE A HERO! If You Feel Sick Or Not Well In Any Way Before Your Appointment STAY HOME And Call Us. We will be very happy to work with you to get you in when you are better!
