TATTOO & COSEMTIC / PARAMEDICAL TATTOO APPOINTMENT POLICY:

 

Your time is important to us and we appreciate that you equally respect our time. 
The following is our Appointment Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy.

  • A Booking Fee may be required to finalize any Tattoo & Cosmetic / Paramedical Tattoo appointments

  • 24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment. Booking Fees are non Refundable.

  • 12 hours notice is required to reschedule (within reason) or the Booking Fee will go to the Artist for their time and a second Booking Fee will be required to reschedule. *If at least 12 hours notice has been given the Booking Fees is transferable to your new appointment.

  • Clients who are 15 minutes late are to be considered a NO SHOW.

  • In the event of a NO-SHOW the Booking Fee Fee will go to the Artist for their time and a second Booking Fee will be required to reschedule future appointments for any services.

  • Booking Fees will be put towards the total price of your tattoo.

  • All Booking Fees are NON REFUNDABLE.

PIERCING, JEWELERY SERVICES & TOOTH GEM APPOINTMENT POLICY:

  • 4 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment or a BOOKING FEE will be required to reschedule at a later date.

  • 2 hours notice is required to reschedule (with in reason) or a BOOKING FEE will be required to reschedule.

  • Clients who are 15 minutes late are to be considered a NO SHOW.

  • NO-SHOW - A BOOKING FEE will be required to reschedule future appointments for any services.

  • The BOOKING FEE will be put towards the total price of your procedure.

  • BOOKING FEES are NON REFUNDABLE.

COVID-19 RULES FOR VISITING CLIENTS

MASKS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

NO EARLY BIRDING! Appointments are scheduled in a manor to limit and control flow of
clientele and thus minimize risk of exposure for everyone. You will have to wait in your car if
you arrive early.


COME ALONE! Only one person is allowed per ARTIST per booth.
*Excluding minor children who must be accompanied by 1 parent or legal guardian.


KEEP IT LIGHT! Due to limited space in each booth please limit the amount and size of personal items you bring.


STAY STRONG! Have a meal or snack before your appointment to keep your stamina and
comfort level up however There Is No Food Or Drink Allowed On The Premises.


WEAR YOUR MASK! It is a choice but we do Recommend them!


KEEP IT CLEAN! Don't Touch Your Face, Piercings or Tattoos!

Sneeze or Cough Through Your Mask Into Your Elbow!
Sanitize Your Hands After Everything!

HOME And Call Us. We will be very happy to work with you to get you in when you are better!
